After spending countless hours and equal amounts of money to get things serviced on our computers, we made a vow to seek out the knowledge and training required to offer these same services at reasonable prices and to make every effort to help the everyday computer users learn to effectively use and monitor their own computer systems so as not to be dependent on the services of those "Guys" at the "Big Box" stores.
